Q. Do I have to go to jail?
A. Absolutely not!  The majority of crimes do not require mandatory imprisonment.  We concentrate on getting cases dismissed and when sentencing is at issue, in alternative sentencing options.

Q. What do I do if the police want to talk to me?
A. Call me first. You do not stand a chance on your own against an experienced detective.

Q. How can I make sure that this is kept confidential?
A. Your trust and confidence in me is critical. My staff and I will insure that no information about your case is shared without your permission.

Q. How can I keep my job from finding out?
A.   No one has to know about your legal matter and we strive to handle your matter without publicity. If you ever run into a problem with your job, we will be there to help you fix it. Remember, you are presumed innocent in the eyes of the law.
